外国人患者様へのお願い

当院は完全予約制です。
安全で円滑な診療のため、事前予約をお願いしております。

ご予約なく来院された場合、当日の予約状況や診療体制により、当日の診察が難しい場合があります。

また、当院での診察は、患者様の安全と正確な医療提供のため、原則として日本語で行っております。
日本語での会話が難しい場合には、日本語通訳者の方とご一緒にご来院いただきますようお願いいたします。

患者様の安全を守り、正確な医療を提供するため、翻訳アプリのみを用いた診療対応は原則として行っておりません。

日本語通訳者がいらっしゃらない場合には、当日の診療が難しいことがあります。
その際は、日本語通訳者の方とご一緒に来院可能な日時で、改めてご予約をお取りいたします。

また、緊急性が高い症状の場合には、適切な医療機関や救急病院をご案内させていただく場合があります。

【受診の流れ】

1．ご予約

WEBまたはお電話にてご予約ください。
（日本語対応のみとなります）

2．問診票のご記入

WEB問診の入力、または院内での問診票のご記入をお願いいたします。
（日本語での入力・ご記入をお願いしております）

3．診察

医師による診察を行います。
（診察は日本語で行っております）

English Guidance

Our clinic operates by appointment only.
To ensure smooth and safe medical care, we kindly ask all patients to make an appointment in advance.

If you visit without an appointment, we may not be able to provide medical care on the same day depending on our schedule and consultation availability.

To ensure safe and accurate medical care, consultations are conducted primarily in Japanese.
If communication in Japanese is difficult, please visit with a Japanese-speaking interpreter.

Because accurate communication is essential in medical care, we generally do not conduct consultations using translation applications alone.

If a Japanese-speaking interpreter is not available, we may be unable to provide a consultation on the same day.
In such cases, we will be happy to help arrange another appointment when you can visit together with a Japanese-speaking interpreter.

If your condition appears urgent or requires emergency care, we may recommend an appropriate hospital or emergency medical facility.

2. Medical Questionnaire

Please complete the medical questionnaire online or on paper at the clinic.
(The questionnaire must be completed in Japanese.)

3. Consultation

Medical consultation with the doctor.
(Consultations are conducted in Japanese.)
